1. Introduction

miraclej trajectory ("the App") automatically records the countries and regions you visit based on your location and visualizes your progress. This policy explains what information the App handles and how it is treated.

2. Accounts and Personal Information

No account registration is required to use the App. We do not collect personally identifying information such as your email address or name.

3. Information We Collect and How It Is Handled

Location

The App collects your location, including in the background, to record the regions you visit. Determining which country, state, or prefecture you are in is done entirely on your device using geographic data bundled with the App. Location coordinates are never sent to external servers.

Visit Records and Movement Logs

Recorded location logs and visit achievements are stored only in a database (SQLite) on your device. They are never transmitted or synced externally.

Map Display

When the map is displayed, tile requests are sent to the map tile providers (OpenStreetMap and CARTO). Through this communication, your IP address and the area of the map being displayed are shared with those providers. This is standard communication for rendering maps; your visit records themselves are not transmitted.

4. Purposes of Use

• Automatically recording the countries and regions you visit, and displaying your progress and history
• On-device notifications when you reach a new region

5. Sharing with Third Parties

Apart from the map tile providers described above, we do not share or transmit information to any third party. The App does not use any SDKs for analytics, advertising, or crash reporting.

6. Notifications

All notifications from the App are local notifications generated on your device. No external servers are used to deliver them.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Records are kept on your device. Uninstalling the App deletes all data stored on the device.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at any specific age group. Because it does not collect personal information, there are no age-based restrictions on its use.

9. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be revised as needed. If there are significant changes, we will notify you through app updates or similar means.
