Terms of Use

Effective date / last updated: July 1, 2026

1. Scope

These Terms of Use ("the Terms") set out the conditions for using miraclej trajectory ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to the Terms.

2. Description of the Service

The App automatically records the countries and regions you visit based on your location, and displays your progress and history. Recorded data is stored on your device and is not synced with any server.

3. Conditions of Use

The App is provided free of charge for personal use. Using the App requires permission to access your device's location and notifications.

4. Use of Location Data

To record visits automatically, the App continuously collects your location, including in the background (equivalent to "Always" location access on iOS). Region detection happens on your device, and location coordinates are never sent externally.

5. Prohibited Conduct

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "AS IS". We make no warranties of any kind regarding the accuracy of location data, delivery of notifications, continuous operation, or behavior in the background.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App.

8. Intellectual Property and Attribution

Intellectual property rights in the App and its related content belong to the developer. Map tiles are © OpenStreetMap contributors, and administrative boundary data is from Natural Earth (public domain).

9. Changes to or Termination of the Service

The developer may change the content of the App or discontinue its provision without prior notice to users.

10. Changes to the Terms

The Terms may be changed through app updates or similar means. By continuing to use the App after a change, you are deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.

11. Contact

For inquiries about the Terms, please contact last.pass.oda@gmail.com.

12. Governing Law

The Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
